Currently, players earn at the following points every 30 minutes based on their subscription tier:
– Member – 0
– Verified Player – 10
– VIP Bronze – 25
– VIP Silver – 38
– VIP Gold – 50
– VIP Platinum – 65
– VIP Diamond – 80
– VIP Secret – 175
– VIP Top Secret – 400

VIP players also have access to discord channels that allow them to claim bulk points every day as part of their subscription.

Time is kept separately on each server! Every time you change maps, your 30 minutes start over.

In Game

• Participate in events hosted by admins. Best Source of Points!
• Selling trophy items in the shop.

The in-game shop can be opened by using the “F1” key while in game.

If you have any issues opening the shop, we recommend the following:
– Temporarily, you can try typing “/shop” in chat to open the shop.
              * If this does not work, please open a ticket in #new-tickets-pve
– Most likely, F1 not working is due to another program on your computer that uses the F1 hotkey. You can verify this by closing some programs and testing in game once again

In the event that a tamed dino is set to roam, lost, or left somewhere other than a member’s base you should do the following:
– Take a screenshot or post coordinates in #lost-and-found-tames and mention the member in the post.
– Open a ticket in #new-tickets-pve for an admin to address if it is not resolved in a timely manner by the owner.

In the event that you notice a dino that does not belong on the server, or in the area please notify our staff by opening a ticket in #new-tickets-pve . An admin will address this, whether it is normal or not.

Yes, we have reboots scheduled every Mon/Wed/Fri at 05:00AM CDT.

When rebooted, the following happens on all maps

– Dropped fertilized eggs will be destroyed
     * Deinonychus
     * Magmasaur
     * Rock Drake
     * Wyvern

– Wild dinos will be killed upon reboot.

To gain access to Dino Color Changer
– You must be a verified member by going to verify
– Have dinocolor tokens (Can be validated in-game with /tokens in chat)

How to get dinocolor tokens
– VIP members gain tokens each day using Discord buttons.
– Use the shop to purchase a token for 20 points each.

How to use the commands
* /sdc <region> <color id>
(Example: /sdc 0 2)
NOTE: Must be looking directly at the dino to color using /sdc.
* /cdc <dinoname> <region> <color id>
(Example: /cdc myDino 2 red)
NOTE: Does not have to look directly at the dino, but must use name of dino.

DISCLAIMER
Each token is used for 1 specific region on 1 specific dino. This means, if you use on the wrong dino or the wrong color, the token is used and cannot be returned.

Lootboxes can be gambled for or will be given out as event rewards. Below is how to use them.

Lootboxes commands:
/boxes = Displays which lootboxes you own, if any
/open {boxname} – Opens the box of your choice, if you own one (i.e., /open saddlebox)
/gamble – Gambles for a lootbox to be won by gambling shop points (See below)

Rates:
SADDLEBOX = 150 points for 40% chance
WEAPONBOX = 150 points for 50% chance
CHIBIBOX = 25 points for 60% chance

Note:
WEAPONBOX and SADDLEBOX drop a guaranteed saddle when opening. They have a chance of being a BP as well.
CHIBIBOX drops 3 random chibis on each lootbox.

We have a limit of 2 Incubators, 3 Propagators, 3 Vivariums and 10,500 over all structures per tribe, per map.

/showlimits – Displays your structure count in game.

We have an automated system that cleans up bases on the cluster when people start playing.

How long do bases exist after someone stops playing?
Unverified players: 7 days
Verified players: 14 days
VIP: 30 days

What about traps and random structures built around the map?
Structures with <25 structures and more than 15 foundations away from a larger structure are subject to rapid removal at the following rates:
Unverified players: 5 days
Verified players: 10 days
VIP: 20 days

I am going to be gone for a while, but I want to come back. Can you give me an extension on the removal?
We do offer extensions to these rules/settings. You will need to create a new ticket in new-tickets-pve requesting an extension to decay. We can manually set a player/tribe to an extended vacation period. Please give us plenty of notice and make your requests reasonable.

How can I see how much time is left on someone’s base?
/decaytime – while looking at a structure will display time remaining.
