General Rules (A player breaking the rules is not an excuse for you to break the rules. Do not take the rules into your own hands.)
* Do not beg for stuff from admins or from players. If someone says no you need to respect that.
* Do not use excessive inappropriate, vulgar or racist language. This includes both the chat, tribe names and personal names. This is up to admin discretion.
* Do not impersonate anyone.
* Do not cheat, hack or glitch/exploit.
* Do not be a griefer. (f.ex.: stealing from others, block a base with structures, sabotage the server etc.)

Chat Rules
* Do not spam or post inappropriate links. This includes trolling in global chat.
* Do not speak other languages than English only in global chat!
* Do not argue with an admin in-game. If you need an admin reach out through Discord. (about rules.)
* Do not claim an admin is abusing in the in-game chat. If you think an admin is abusive, create a ticket and mention it to PaRtYbOi or Frankie947 instead of sabotaging the server with false claims.

Dino Rules
* Do not leave wandering or aggressive wandering dinos in the wild. Doing this will result in a warning and possible removal of dinos.
* Do not kite/drop any wild dinos into a players base.
* Do not leave dinos at the Obelisks

Building Rules (Max 2 Bases & max 1 sap station per map)
* Do not build too close to other players/tribes. Place your base a respectable distance away from other tribes.
* Do not build in caves that contains artifacts and/or loot crates or other important objectives.
* Do not block/build in Genesis Mission Areas or any of the glitches around the Genesis map.
* Do not spam structures outside your own, or another tribes base.
* Do not build at the obelisks.
* Do not leave Taming Pens after use.
* Do not place Teleporters in artifact/loot caves.

How our warning and ban system works?
* Rule break 1: Verbal warning
* Rule break 2: 3 day ban
* Rule break 3: 1 Week Ban
* Rule break 4: Permanent Ban

General Rules:

• 1.2. Harassment, abuse, hate speech or any kind of discriminatory speech will not be tolerated.
• 1.3. Do not spam messages, images, emoji, commands, and @mentions.
• 1.4. No revealing private information about any individual. Zero tolerance.
• 1.5. Do not publicly accuse other users/players of misconduct.
• 1.6. Words or small sentences in languages other than English are allowed only for the purpose of teaching someone, or for clarification. Our Moderators are unable to effectively moderate via a translator.
• 1.7. No posting content related to piracy, cheats, cracks, exploits along with NSFW/L.

Account Rules:
• 2.1. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• 2.2. No ban or filter circumvention.
• 2.3. Offensive/NSFW usernames or avatars are not allowed.
• 2.4. Conducting any kind of real-world economic activity on this server is strictly prohibited, and may result in the account responsible getting terminated.

Advertisement Rules:
• 3.1. Server advertisements are only to be posted in the respective server channels.
• 3.2. Discord server invites will be auto-removed. We suggest Unofficial Server Ads prompt players to contact the poster for an invite.

Discord Bot Rules:
• 4.1. No usage of bots outside of the #bot-junk channel.
• 4.2. Any form of abuse of the bots is forbidden.
• 4.3. Userbots are strictly prohibited and will result in an instant ban.

Low-Tier: Dinos with no mutations or with less than 80 (60 for High-Tier) points on a single stat.
Mid-Tier: Dinos that are not on the High-Tier list, but have at least 80 stat points on a single stats.

Currency
Special-Tier Dinos must be coordinated on a case by case basis with Admins. 
Mid and High-Tier Dinos must be strictly traded with Shop points and recorded in the appropriate ledger channel within the Registered Traders Section.
Low-Tier Dinos can be traded\gifted freely among players above level 80. 

Registered Traders
Trader registration is required to list Mid, High or Special-Tier Dinos for sale. Anyone selling or trading these Dinos without a license will be subject to Admin action.

Trader Rules
Strictly NO discount or special deal when selling Mid or High-Tier Dinos. 
Traders are not allowed to provide eggs or babies as free gifts.
The Trader is responsible for making sure all trades are documented in the appropriate channels. Failure to do so can result in suspension of Trader status.
Repeat suspensions can result in revocation of Trader status or server ban.
Traders may choose up to 2 High-Tier Dinos and 3 Mid-Tier Dinos to sell.

Players who are interested in becoming a registered trader will need:
Be a verified player for at least 30 days
No negative encounters with admins or moderators
Shop name
Inventory list
*If these requirements have been met, open a ticket to apply for Trader License.

Traders will receive:
Access to Mutagen and R-Seeds in the Shop
Name and Inventory listed in the player-shops channel
Ability to rent advertisement space on the game tips
Ability to purchase a scheduled broadcast advertisement.
